A good friend and mentor to
Serac Adventure Films for many years, Larry Russo, has lots of gear
and always extends an invitation to go windsurfing. Larry teaches and
his specialty is teaching women. Thanks to him there are many more
women (more than 200) than there otherwise would be in the still male
dominated sport.

the final stages of the

participants rappell from the bow of the Aircraft carrier Intrepid before
climbing back up to the deck on rope webs. They then tie into a zip
line that splashes them into the Hudson river and off to the finish line.

Yes we look like tourists
in NYC because we actually look up at the buildings. They look cool
actually and today especially because the fast moving clouds reflect in
all the windows. What a great place! So far the restaurants have been
phenomenal too.
